More About Me

Juliet Esquibias combines more than 23 years of real estate experience with a decade of organizational business management to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.

She is currently a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty. Over the years, Juliet has represented clients throughout Southern California, with the majority of her transactions in Ventura County. An active volunteer, mentor to new REALTORS, committee member and delegate representing Ventura County Coastal Association of REALTORS on a statewide and national level, Juliet strives to continuously learn more about the industry, private property rights, home ownership opportunities and how to increase involvement among fellow REALTORS, all of which enhances her abilities to serve clients and those she is mentoring.

Juliet began her volunteer service for the local REALTOR association by chairing the Installation work group for two years before being asked to serve as Treasurer in 2019 and 2020. She was then elected to serve as First Vice President in 2021, President-elect in 2022, President in 2023, Immediate Past President in 2024, and is serving again on the Board for another 3-year term.

As a California Association of Realtor Director for the past seven years, she has served on the Legislative, Taxation & Government Finance, Land Use & Environmental, and Federal committees. She has been a member of VCCAR legislative delegations, meeting with area lawmakers in both Sacramento and Washington, D.C.

Born and raised in Glendale, she spent much of her young adulthood in West Los Angeles. She also has roots in Ventura County – her father attended Ventura High School and owned the Busy Bee Cafe in downtown Ventura for many years. Juliet began her real estate career in Florida in 2002 before returning to California shortly thereafter.

Prior to re-joining Coldwell Banker Realty, she was affiliated with Alliance Realty, Troop Real Estate, Helen Yunker Realty, and most recently held the position of CEO & Team Leader at Keller Williams West Ventura County. Her diverse professional experiences also include marketing and promoting national rock and roll tours in the early 1990s and organizing fund-raising campaigns for non-profit clients.

Juliet lives in Oxnard with her family, including her 19-year-old daughter.
